After connecting the battery wiring harness and pressing the power button, the mower still doesn’t turn on. What should I do?

If the mower still doesn’t start after you’ve connected the battery and pressed the power button, please check the following:

1. Make sure the battery wiring harness is correctly and firmly connected.
2. Confirm that you are pressing and holding the power button long enough (around 3 seconds).
3. If the mower still does not power on, please record a short video showing the issue and send it to [e-mail]. Our technical team will assist you with further troubleshooting.
4. A quick note: Before shipment, the battery is pre-charged with a certain amount of power. So, there is generally no need to worry about the new mower failing to start due to a lack of power.
