Unable to power on
1. Phenomenon:
a. When powered on, there is no fan noise, the LCD screen does not light up, and the LED light does not light up
b. When powered on, there is a fan noise, but the LCD screen does not light up and the LED light does not light up
c. The LCD screen and LED light turn on for a few seconds and then turn off.
2. Reason:
a. Charging cord connection issue
b. Battery level is 0%, battery damaged
c. Pressing the power button for too long or too short a time
3. Main Link Troubleshooting:
Power cord -- Power button press duration -- Battery -- Entire device
4. Troubleshooting Steps:
a. Confirm that the battery cable is correctly connected
b. Charge the machine, and use the battery direct charging cable or a new battery to test whether the machine can power on.
c. Press the power button for the correct amount of time, which should be 3-5 seconds. Pressing it for too long will cause the machine to shut down again during the startup process.
