- b. WiFi icon is gray
- c. At least one of the 4G and WiFi icons is green, but the app still shows 'offline'
Reason:
- a. 4G icon is gray: Reasons include used-up data plan, damaged/badly connected SIM card, poor local base station signal, damaged 4G module, and online status bug
- b. WiFi icon is gray: Reasons include weak router signal, poor signal of the device's WiFi module, modified WiFi frequency band, inability to ping the server on the WiFi network, and online status bug
- c. At least one of the 4G and WiFi icons is green. A green 4G or WiFi icon indicates that the server has been connected, but the app displays 'offline': the reasons may be insufficient waiting time or an online status bug

- b. WiFi icon is gray: Troubleshoot the corresponding cause
- c. At least one of the 4G and WiFi icons is green, but the app displays 'offline': troubleshoot the corresponding cause
Troubleshooting Steps:
- 4G icon is gray:
- Package exhausted: Check if the package is normal
- SIM card damaged / poor contact: Reinsert the SIM card 2 - 3 times, and wait for more than 3 minutes after restarting the device each time.
- Provide a screenshot of the Network settings page (to rule out weak signal issues, and also to check 4G signal strength, SIM card recognition status, and 4G module problems).
- Online status bug: After reproducing the issue, switch to an available WiFi network and then upload the log.
- WiFi icon is gray:
- Weak router signal: Provide a screenshot of the Network settings page to check whether the signal strength is normal.
- Poor WiFi module signal on the mower: This is a hardware issue. You can use a mobile phone to create a 2.4GHz hotspot, place it close to the side of the mower, and see if it can connect.
- WiFi band has been changed: Confirm whether the connected WiFi signal is outside the 2.4GHz band.
- WiFi network cannot ping the server: Use another device to connect to the same WiFi network, turn off 4G on that device, and check whether the network is functioning properly.
- Online status bug: After reproducing the issue, switch to an available 4G network and then upload the log.
- At least one of the 4G or WiFi icons is green, but the APP shows "Offline":
- Ask the user to restart the machine and wait for 1 minute to see if it shows "Online". If it still does not work, share the screenshot and upload the log, then submit a ticket to the technical support team for initial assessment. (At the same time, suggest that the user try switching the network mode and restarting the mower to see if it returns to normal.)
Solution:
If the 4G SIM card is damaged and WiFi is unavailable, please upload the log and contact the Lymow Support Team for assistance.
