One Plus Machine E44 Troubleshooting

 1. Phenomenon:

a. Bumper Jammed, App page pops up E44, Bumper Jammed

b. Bumper not jammed, App page pops up E44, Bumper Jammed

2. Reason:

• a. Hit an object, triggering the bumper. (This situation can be ignored)
   
• b. Bumper not stuck, trigger threshold

Bumper Trigger Principle: The Plus robot's Bumper uses Hall sensors. When the bumper is pressed inward, the sensor value decreases; when it expands outward, the sensor value increases, which may cause physical damage to the bumper.

4. Troubleshooting Steps:

a. Press both sides of the Bumper and check if the Bumper rebounds normally

b. After unlocking the machine, long press the home button to check if the reading is triggered when the bumper is not pressed

c. Calibrate the Bumper sensor: Press the stop button, and while holding it, long-press both the "+" and "-" buttons to enter service mode. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to select the "BMP CALI" mode, then click the "Home" key to enter and start calibration.

5. Solution:

             a. Clean up grass clogs and objects on the bumper structure

             b. Confirm whether the bumper is abnormally triggered

                 c. Calibrate Bumper

                   d. If it is a structural issue and the Bumper cannot rebound, a new socket head cap screw can be used, which needs to be used in conjunction with threadlocker Locktite277, please contact Lymow Support Team.
